Fabrication Process
Our custom fabrication process begins with an in-home consultation where we visit your space, view and discuss your projects plans and determine design and style goals. We then provide you with sample boards for your review and approval.
Once we template your project we return to our fabrication shop to begin the build. We use a variety of substrates for our projects which are selected based on the function of the piece and its intended use. We are able to customize shapes for complex designs such as kitchen islands, fireplace features and mantles, furniture, showers, undermount or apron sinks, and much more. All of our high-use surfaces such as kitchen counter tops and vanities have an additional topcoat that comes in a matte or gloss finish. This topcoat adds a layer of durability, scratch and heat resistance, and keeps your custom surface looking great and maintenance free.
We use a high grade, UV resistant epoxy and pay special attention to every step of our process to give your project the best possible results. Every piece is a unique work of art specifically designed to suit the every day function of your home.
Samples
The options for epoxy color, design and style are endless so every project starts with sample boards. Once the client selects their desired finishes, these boards become the inspiration for the larger finished project.
